Chapter 14 The Secret of Shadow Castle

The moment Yun Yi emerged from the misty forest, he felt as if he had returned from another world, his vision suddenly opening up. But what immediately came into view was an ancient, dilapidated castle, standing alone in the vast wilderness. Its exterior walls were etched with age, moss and vines tangled together, as if nature had slowly eroded the abandoned structure. Yun Yi's heart trembled, but he didn't retreat. He knew this was a test, and the key to his power. So, holding the torch tightly, he stepped deeper into the castle, beginning his journey to solve the mystery.

The stone walls on either side of the corridor were engraved with ancient runes and patterns, seemingly telling stories of distant history. Yun Yi approached and gently flipped open the tome's cover, revealing legends, wisdom, and the source of power from the ancient gods' era.

He carefully flipped through the ancient tome, becoming increasingly captivated. It turned out that this tome not only recorded the power and wisdom of the ancient gods, but also held secrets to a higher realm. Yun Yi realized that this was the answer and source of power he had been searching for.

After reading the letter, Yun Yi felt a surge of warmth in his heart. He understood the weight of responsibility and mission he shouldered. He carefully put away the ancient book and artifact and left the castle.
